Paul Pulver


Paul Pulver has been the Executive Director for Pathways L.A. since 2016. He oversees all programs and operations related to the services provided to over 2,100 families and 3,500 children annually in Pathways L.A. service area within Los Angeles County (SPA-4). He has worked in the nonprofit arena for over 30 years and has a reputation for facilitating organization growth.  Prior to joining Pathways L.A., Paul served as the Vice President of Development and Communications for Maryvale and as Executive Director for UCP (United Cerebral Palsy) of Orange County.

Paul has actively participated on numerous boards and committees at the county, state, and national level. Currently, he is Treasurer of The Child Care Alliance (CCALA), a unique partnership of ten member agencies that deliver services to thousands of families and child care providers across Los Angeles County. Additionally, his affiliations include: UCP National Affiliate Services Committee; Chair of the UCP National Affiliate Charter Task Force; Chair of the Orange County United Way Council of Organizations; on the Board of Directors for the National Catholic Development Conference, Su Misericordia and Orange County United Way.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries as well as a Ministry Credential from Azusa Pacific University. He volunteers his time at an organization that serves the poor in Mexico and an organization that provides camps to individuals with disabilities. Paul is involved at his church, enjoys sports and gardening, and cherishes spending time with his family.
